How do I check my token balance after purchasing tokens?
Log into your wallet, and the token balance will show after a few minutes. Due to network congestion and the token amount it could take some time.
Its important to know that this process is not instant and many factors are into played into the exchange for USDT and OOJU.
Also make sure that you have added the token address, when analyzing the industry there is a trend of users purchasing a token and not adding the token address.
We strongly recommend you add the token address before purchasing any tokens.
What should I do if I see a "Network Error"?
Check that MetaMask is set to the correct network required by the ICO. Refresh the page and reconnect your wallet.

What should I do if my transaction fails?

I have one MetaMask account that I use on both Mobile and Web I added the Token Contract Address previously on my Web but I don't see it on my mobile. Where are my Tokens?
If you are using the same wallet address and you only changed the device, adding token contract addresses would only import the token to that specific device. Whenever using a new device you will need to add the Token Contract Address again regardless if its the same account.

I accidentally sent my USDT to the USDT Contract Address what can I do?
When making a transaction, if there is no recipient wallet address and the recipient is shown as "USDT" then please cancel the transaction, refresh and try again.
